You may return your purchase (where we have accepted your order and delivered the product) if you notify us within the 14 working days following the day the product was delivered.

If there is a fault with your product you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Right to cancel: You can cancel your purchase within 14 working days of delivery of your product by:

DO NOT POST THE PRODUCT TO US AT THIS ADDRESS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We will send you full returns instructions (including an authorisation code) and refund details.

Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise otherwise. If authorised all products MUST be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless otherwise directed by PC World Bookstore.

To cancel your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded CDs and software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

• you cannot provide proof of purchase;
• the seal has been broken on any product;
• the product is returned in a condition or packaging other than that detailed above
